- How do I manage my Lyris ListManager service?
- Hosted Lyris ListManager is managed using your Web broswer. Lyris ListManager has a robust Web interface that allows complete management of all list features including members, content, templates and reporting.
- Why can't I use my purchased email lists?
- Most email lists on the market are not properly vetted. The recipients have not opted to receive your content and many of the addresses listed are likely invalid. Use of such lists has a negative impact on our reputation rating thus making it more difficult for use to insure proper delivery of messages for those customers with properly vetted email lists.
- How quickly do my messages get delivered?
- Our service can deliver 100,000 message per hour. We do not deliver messages at that rate. Our software understand the nuiances of the various target mail domains and adjusts the delivery speed accordingly. This prevents target mail servers from blocking messages or lowering our reputation.
- How do I manage bounces, bad email addresses and unsubscribes?
- Hosted Lyris ListManager automatically handles bounces, bad email addresses and unsubscribe requests. This feature allows your list to ultimately reach 100% deliverability after just a few sends to the list.
- Does Hosted Lyris ListManager support email submitted content?
- Yes. We can allow list administrators to submit content for distribution to a list via email. We do not allow list members to "reply to the list" as this feature generates too much email traffic and has a negaive impact on server reputation. Discussion groups support email submitted content from all group members.
- Does GridSouth Networks back their service with an SLA?
- Yes. GridSouth Networks Hosted Lyris ListManager service is backed by a 100% uptime SLA covering hardware and network infrastructure.
- Does GridSouth Networks charge a setup fee?
- GridSouth Networks only charges a setup fee for configurations that are billed on a month-to-month basis. Setup fees are waived for all annual subscriptions. Setup fees may be charged for certain specialty software. In all cases, any setup fees will be disclosed prior to the provisioning of service.
- How long does it take to provision service?
- For most standard configurations, GridSouth Networks can provision service within 1 business day or less. Service is configured rapidly while scheduling our new user training may take a bit more time depending upon technician availability.
- How does GridSouth Networks handle technical support?
- GridSouth Networks does not oursource technical support. Customers have direct access to our Technical Support Team 24 x 7 x 365. Our on-line ticketing system is used to track and manage all support. Customers can expect a response to all tickets within 30 minutes and an immediate response for emergency tickets.
